Last winter, Boston received record snow fall. It seemed to snow every week! It was tough for commuters and especially tough for business owners. Some estimates say businesses lost $40 million in sales during the winter of 2015.
The South End of Boston, a neighborhood that gets a lot of retail traffic from both residents and out-of-towners, business nearly stalled.
